The BATCircle2.0 application is now under review at Business Finland. This follow-up ecosystem project has been applied for 1.5.2021–30.4.2024. The budget and scope of BATCircle2.0 is similar to the first project and many of the original consortium members as well as some new partners are participating.

The consortium consists of six Finnish research organizations (Aalto University, University of Oulu, LUT University, University of Eastern Finland, VTT Research center and GTK Geological Survey of Finland) supported by 13 industrial companies with parallel R&D projects and three companies providing raw material for public research.
